There is air-conditioning and a wood buring stove for the winter nights-we tend to leave the house with the odd pot of jam, bottle of wine in or a pile of logs- but we like our visitors to leave it topped up for the next guests.

We also like our visitors to clean the house when they leave- this includes washing the linnen and hanging it out to dry. By doing this, our costs to us and to you are kept low, so everyone has an enjoyable holiday. If you specifically don't want to clean the house, please let us know well in advance and our neighbour will pop in-but she charges us (ie, you) 50 euros. As electricity is so much more expensive in France than most of Europe, rather than us charge more money, we ask simply that it is used sensibly.
